All Parcels are sent via New Zealand post/ Aramex. Tracking numbers will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once an order is placed, we individually hand-pour each candle as it comes through to our studio. For domestic orders, you can expect to receive your candle within 7-10 business days. International orders may take between 14-30 business days. 

Are you eco-friendly?

We believe you can have luxury while keeping the planet in mind. We use eco-friendly packaging, wick and wax.

All our candles are wrapped using Geami Wrappak, a paper-based alternative to bubble wrap.

We use 100% cotton wicks, free from zinc cores.

Our candles are made from a soy wax blend, which is 100% natural and derived from soybeans, a renewable resource that grows easily in many regions.

Is it normal for a candle to show signs of imperfection?

As we use natural soy wax, candles can sometimes show texture or frosting. This is completely normal and a sign that your product is made with natural ingredients. While these imperfections are subtle, we like to inform our customers.

These small imperfections don’t affect your candle’s performance in any way. In fact, we believe they add to its uniqueness. Your candle is truly one of a kind, made just for you! How cool is that? No other candle in the world looks exactly like yours—enjoy that thought! 

What if my product arrives damaged?

We take every care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, due to the fragility of our products, occasionally items may arrive damaged. Don’t worry—we’ll replace them for you! Simply visit our returns page to see the terms and conditions click here
