Refund policy

Please note that our candles are handmade and may vary in appearance and colour. We use a natural soy wax blend to create our candles, so frosting and slight imperfections may occur. These variations are not faults and do not impact the performance of your candle in any way.

Please allow 2-5 business days for orders to be dispatched, as each candle is individually hand-poured for you.

Returns/Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damages/Issues
Due to the fragility of our candles, items can sometimes arrive damaged during shipping. Please email us at hello@studioblazecandles.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with a description and photographic evidence of the damage. We will be happy to arrange for the return and replacement of the damaged stock. Unfortunately, damage reports submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted.
